Louise has worked for over 20 years in the catering industry in both the public and private sector. Her strengths lie in project management and operational problem solving.

Louise completed an HND in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management, working in France and Switzerland as part of her course. Her career started in restaurant and pub management and she moved in the mid 1980s into retail catering becoming the General Manager of one of the first Food Courts in the country with a turnover of £1,500,000. For the past two years Louise has worked closely with the in house catering team at The Geffrye Museum and has improved both service standards and the financial position of the museum café.

Her broad commercial experience and motivation/management skills make Louise a genuinely brilliant consultant who delivers excellent results through people.
