Boyd-Thorpe Associates is 25 years old!!

How time flies when you are enjoying yourself!

We have been privileged to work on some incredible projects with amazing clients and outstanding caterers whose creativity and passion never fail to impress. But none of this would have been possible without the brilliant consultants and associates who have worked for and with BTA over the years.

We can’t believe 25 years have passed but with every new client comes a new challenge, a new sector to explore, a new audience to research and new concepts to develop. A consultant’s life is never boring and we love it!

Did you know?………

Boyd-Thorpe Associates was originally known as Food Service Associates. We started out consulting in the City of London advising on staff restaurants and directors’ dining for prestigious clients such as The London Underwriting Centre, Financial Service Authority, J P Morgan Bank, Abbey National PLC, The European Bank, Barclays Bank PLC and the House of Commons. Our first assignment in the leisure market was in 1993 for Hampton Court Palace where we carried out a strategic review of the public catering services. This resulted in a £1.5m investment in the Tiltyard Restaurant - a huge sum of money in those days! So began our journey into the cultural and arts sector...

We have worked with many of our clients for over 10 years and are immensely proud of the ongoing relationships we have forged with The Royal Parks, The City of London, The Museum of London and The Imperial War Museums to name but a few. Thank you for letting us share your journey with you.

2015 and beyond………

We still have the same enthusiasm, energy and passion we had 25 years ago - coupled with the experience and intimate knowledge of catering developed over a quarter of a century we are uniquely placed to help. We are always looking to work with more fantastic clients, so if you have a project on the horizon that would benefit from our catering expertise then pick up the phone and call us on 01491 411735 or email fiona@boyd-thorpe-associates.co.uk
